Rochester International Dance Studio is available for rental for your special event! Rental is $75/hr for peak rates (M-Th 6-9pm); $50/hr for non-peak rates.
Event-based rental:
RIDS is available for rental for private parties, children’s dance parties, etc. The rental fees are above. All event-based rental will occur through RIDS office. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve the space.

For ongoing monthly rental, RIDS will publish your class and a contact e-mail/phone number on the web page under class descriptions and schedule (no web site links). Instructors who rent ongoing studio space will be asked to abide by RIDS code of conduct for instructors and be consistent with RIDS philosophy.
About ongoing rental for dance/yoga/movement instructors:
- Rent will be paid in advance at the beginning of the month for the following month.
- A $20 late fee will be added if rent is not paid by the 5th of the month.
- Rent is paid in monthly increments, not in weekly increments.
- Instructors who rent will be responsible for leaving the studio clean and straight when they leave.
- Instructors will be responsible for maintaining their own professional liability insurance. Call for fees.
